Team / division overview

DWS is keen to hire in its Paris office, a Sales Support focused on Middle East & Africa (MEA). MEA is an important market for DWS with well-established relationships with large SWFs, Pension Funds and large financial institutions.

Role Details

As a Coverage Analyst, you will:

In brief, help DWS grow its business in the Middle East & Africa and provide all the support needed for DWS success in this region.

This includes but not limited to the following tasks:

• Target a list of Tier 2 & Tier 3 clients including FO, PB & Public entities.

• Market research: source opportunities (RFPs, etc.) / market intelligence.

• Client Heatmap: Monitor and update a client-product mapping list.

• Map all investments coming from MEA to truly reflect MEA activity

• Marketing: keep an updated MEA-compliance validated marketing library for key products / coordinate marketing activity in MEA (event sourcing, event preparation, media presence etc.).

• Client Servicing: prepare follow-ups after roadshows, answer ongoing client servicing request, coordinating reporting with the reporting team etc.

• KYC: setup an efficient modus operandum for MEA with KYC team / deal with KYC requirements coordinating internal and external communications.

• Legal: organize existing contracts and coordinate internal & external communications (Monitor amendments, DA funds list update, termination etc.)

• Compliance: monitor cross border rules / fund registration etc.

• Support the team on admin tasks

We are looking for 

• Bac + 5 – Business / Engineering School.

• Fluent in English (Arabic and French are a plus)

• 1-3Yeas professional experience – preferred in Asset Management / MEA market exposure.

• Client focussed: focus on building strong client relationships and deliver customer-centric services.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds internally and externally.

• Team player
