Technical/Functional Skills

·         Excellent knowledge of Azure and VMware cloud services and resources with hands-on experience

·         Good hands-on experience in management of cloud Windows and Linux servers

·         Handson experience with orchestration tools like Puppet, Terraform and Kubernetes.

·         Experience in handling Operating system and runtime patching for different compute Environments like Kubernetes, and AKS

·         Good understanding of Azure Active Directory

·         Good understanding and experience in DevOps technologies like Gitlab / Azure DevOps

·          Azure IAAS Administration (network, storage, virtual machines)

·         Familiar with Event monitoring in Microsoft Azure

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and Deploy Azure resources based on business requirements
• Monitor alerts, triage, troubleshoot, escalate or resolve issues to mitigate alerts.
• Troubleshoot & resolve issues reported on existing cloud environment
• Handle change requests, new deployment projects for new cloud infrastructure requirements, migrations from on-prem to cloud or expanding existing hybrid environment
• Handle critical and major incidents having enterprise level impact.
• Root cause analysis and preventive-action implementation
• Develop automation scripts to automate common azure tasks, repetitive cloud governance activities
• Manage azure subscriptions and resources
