The Role:

  • ​Reception of the Invoices from the vendors to audit, approve or reject and dispute follow up.
  • Check the invoices amount vs the tender amount to ensure the tender´s payment.
  • Analyze the invoices rejected.
  • Validate extra cost and non-plan charges from the vendors.
  • Share all the evidence for the extra charges for approval.
  • Share the Invoices to the Account Payable team with the correct references to pay.
  • Share the references to the vendors to upload the Invoices in the system.
  • Create and elaborate the KPI’s reports in a monthly basis.
  • Verify that the charges are correct, according to the contract terms and conditions from the tender with the vendors.
  • Review and validate the freight Invoices to ensure the accuracy.
  • Create and generate the report and analysis for the freight Invoices and ensure the correct bill process that the customer needs.
  • Ensure the accomplishment of the commercial agreements.
  • Support the stakeholders with any information required to the operation; assure that the customers received the information.

Requirements:

  • Advanced student or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Audit.
  • Experience in finance and Customer experience.
  • Knowledge in SAP.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel (macros, power query).
  • Advanced English level.
