Amazon controllership team is an operation finance team that controls Amazon transportation cost. This is achieved through strengthening internal & external systems by working closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as Operations,procurement and Technology groups and external stakeholders such as carriers. Team also works closely with Accounts payable for payments to carriers and finance team for financial data reporting.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with numerous operational, tech, and program management teams
Managing multiple (cross-functional and non-technical) stakeholder groups each week.
- Build weekly detailed reports , survey results, and metrics .
- Ability to take action and ownership of situations with minimal guidance.
- Monitor metrics for programs assigned.
- Correlate multiple metrics to identify trends and drive efficiency with peer teams.
- Manage multiple project/programs simultaneously.
- Create end of week reports for stakeholder for all assigned programs.
- Attend weekly business reviews to review programs assigned with leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
