As Strategy and Performance Manager, you’ll play a vital part in our success. You’ll join the First Mile organization for Mexico and support the growth of our inland transportation product.
Key responsibilities:
- Propose strategical directions for our First Mile product
- Enhance cross-team collaboration and alignment to reach our objectives
- Participate at building a data-centric and performance-oriented organization
- Create and maintain a performance cockpit and its related action plan
- Help automate and bring in efficiencies in our way of working
- Support the development of 1 direct report
We are looking for:
In this role you ought to be passionate about logistics and data.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
- Analytical mindset with advanced numerical abilities
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results
- Eager, strategical, and creative – going the extra mile
- Titular of a Bachelor/Master degree in Logistics, Engineering or Finance
- Fluency in English and Spanish
