En tant que stagiaire superviseur des opérations, votre rôle principal sera d’assister et de mettre en place de l’amélioration continue dans la gestion des opérations. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le superviseur du département et toute son équipe naturelle : Méthodes, planificateur Travaux, chefs d’équipes, métiers de la logistique…

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

● Mettre en place de nouvelles gouvernances ;

● Augmenter l’attractivité des équipes et leur développement;

● Travailler sur le terrain le Lean (5S, Kaizen…);

● Participer aux projets de demain.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:

● Sociales ;

● Management;

● Lean ;

● projets industrialisation;
