Senior Project Manager

Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes. This role requires exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Leads a project team in delivering custom development solutions, or for leading a project team in the Maintenance and Support of an application or set of applications using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to project charter or contract.
• Has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
• Manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and Client employees and 3rd party vendors.
• Is responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the Client.
• Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the Client.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior resources.
• Supports the Project Executive (PE) in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability.
• Owns quality for service provided by the delivery organization and is are responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance. Project Management methodologies, emerging technologies and technical solutions pertaining to client needs should be areas of expertise.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent commercial experience in Project Management leading ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) implementation projects.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to facilitate effective meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project-related challenges.
• 5+ years of project management experience in large scale projects managing full project lifecycle
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills in Greek and English.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• PMP certification and /or other industry and project management certifications are desirable
