Main responsibilities:

The Customer Care Head improves business performance by creating competitive advantages that impact Cost, Cash and Growth; this is, ensuring availability of products at the point of sales, improving the On Shelf availability and customer satisfaction at the optimum cost, the most efficient processes end to end and clear and timely information for all stakeholders. The candidate should also

  • Lead and connect Go To Market with business strategies together with regional and local SC and Trade teams. Drive new innovative and digitally savvy approaches. 
  • Spearhead customer care strategy. Build capability to understand, meet and exceed customer requirements (with true service metrics, customer satisfaction) taking into account the diversity of the markets, sizes, channels and distribution models. Power an intelligent Supply Chain, digitally connected with customers (free exchange of information).

About you

Customer Care is the customer facing area from the Supply Chain perspective.  Therefore, the Customer Care Manager should be the link between the customers and internal areas in order to guarantee customer satisfaction (This is not an exhaustive list):

  • Customer Hub and Finance: Guaranteeing the right flow of product and information to and from the customer and ensuring the successful development of Joint Business Plans.
  • Growth Hub and Growth performance Hub: Joint development of commercial business plans in accordance to operational capabilities
  • Digital: Drive Digital Projects and ensuring an end to end flawless operation where systems are implied.
  • Other Supply Chain areas (QA, Demand Planning and Distribution): ensure product availability with the right conditions in the right moment and at the right place and the development of specialized customer facing projects (Joint Forecasting, Warehousing and Transport practices…)
  • Inventory optimization: Lead the efforts towards the balance of Stock in trade from stores and DCs with Sales team
  • System operation management: Related to customer orders and returns (JCA, BMS, Web EDI, SAP, slip printing system, etc.)
  • Master data operation management
