We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help craft our business goals and drive our GTM strategy for AEM Assets. In this role, you will partner with product teams to create the product roadmap and align priorities with overarching business objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to achieve business objectives. 

  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine the product roadmap and drive customer value. 

  • Take ownership of business initiatives, including long-term planning, identifying areas for growth, analyzing Total Addressable Market (TAM) opportunities, and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). 

  • Develop compelling customer-facing content, including presentations, blogs, and webinars, showcasing exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, such as executives, analysts, customers, field sales, partners, and cross-functional teams. 

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as campaign marketing, pricing and packaging, finance, and business planning to ensure successful product launches and attainment of business growth targets. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven track record of successful product marketing experience, with a focus on defining and driving go-to-market strategies. Enterprise software experience preferred. 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify growth opportunities and analyze business/market trends. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. 

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with departments - campaign marketing, pricing and packaging, finance, and business planning. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities .

  • Candidate should be resourceful, proactive and creative to drive business growth for AEM Assets. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
