The Opportunity:

This Office Manager will be responsible for supporting the set up of our Regional HQ office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Once the office is up and running, from early 2025, they will be responsible for the every day running of the office and supporting the local team. This person should have experience as an office manager in Riyadh and be excited to support a company new to the region.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across the company, and will know how to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Initially, support Riyadh office set up, including working with legal and the Global Expansion team on government portal set up requirements and any compliance set up.

  • Work with EMEA Site Services team to create and maintain office policies as necessary.

  • Organize office operations and procedures.

  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment, employee moves and employee onboarding.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.

  • Provide general support to visitors and candidates including reception duties as required.

  • Organize office events.

  • Comply with and implement company Health & Safety procedures.

  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, billing, moves.

  • Managing ad hoc support requests from senior team members (e.g. General Manager).

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven (5 years+) office management, administrative, or leadership experience.

  • Experience with office management systems and procedures.

  • Proactive problem solving approach.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

  • Organization skills, with solid attention to detail and critical thinking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

  • Able to work independently and with a remote team/ stakeholders.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
