Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Debugging and fixing technical problems.
- Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Oversee ServiceNow administration, planning, and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience of ServiceNow development
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
- Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) , IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, Secops, SPM and other Non-ITSM applications.
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API’s, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
- Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution.
- Should have ServiceNow System Admin Certification or Application developer certification.
- Any ServiceNow certified implementation specialist certification would be a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare domain.
