Experience Required:
- Sets the technical direction for the development team, leads technical teams to design and develop business critical applications with high complexity.

- Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. Refactors regularly as a standard coding practice.

- Designing, building, tailoring, implementing various tools, e.g. continuous integration, testing, IDE automation, deployment, or other process automation tools.
- Expert level at identifying and setting up POCs. Testing - Sets the standards for test design.
- Provides guidance to others for improving tests and/or suggests improvements and refactoring. Assesses business and organizational needs to performance test new Systems and enhancements to existing systems.
- Manages the application performance levels to customer expectations. Designs and writes tests to simulate challenging conditions.
- Detailed understanding of how to effectively test code written against third party software.
- Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Areas - Extensive knowledge of domain, regulations, procedures and practices of a specific discipline and/or business line.
- Ability to perform highly complex independent research Project management experience including the ability to lead projects and project teams.
- Master in Agile development methodologies. Proficient knowledge of applicable development domain.
- Expertise with Object Oriented design and development including a thorough understanding of OO design patterns and practices.
- Proficient with test driven development. Continuous integration deployment experience. Expert with database or content management system query, design, and development.
- Highly specialized, technical skills in applicable programming technologies (Java, Angular, AWS Technology Stack).
