Role: SharePoint Support Engineer
• 8-10 years of SharePoint Development and Support experience
• A strong understanding of web applications and related architecture, specifically client side MVC and RESTful services.
• A Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Client Side, Server Side Development, SharePoint APP Development and SharePoint Framework
• Bring an engineering culture to every problem and in QA projects an Automation first mentality.
• Nintext Workflows, SP Teams, PowerApp, SPFX custom development, PowerAutomate Flow and Search, ShareGate
Responsibilities include :
- Support and guide customers in their daily use of SharePoint
- Work with customers, gather requirements and implement small scale business applications.
- Work to resolve any issues with existing applications
- Act as a liaison between the customers and the offshore – onshore technical team.
- Manage day to day activities of support team.
- Monitor existing applications and support infrastructure team as and when needed.
- Develop and maintain reports.
- Create support documentation and reports
- Manage and maintain site content and security
- Participate in team meetings.
- Partipate in DR activitities, and Patching
Technical:
- Minimum 7-10 years in developing and supporting SharePoint applications.
- Experience in working with customer facing role
- Excellent Knowledge in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2019 (on-Prem) and 0365 (SP Online)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap etc) and Powershell
- Knowledge of ITIL and change management.
- Excellent Knowledge in client side development, Server side development, SharePoint App model, SharePoint Framework and troubleshooting
- Experience in working with SharePoint online,SPFX custom development, MS Teams, Power apps, Flow (Power Automate), and etc.
- Prior experience working with clients and resolving the issues within given SLAs
- Experience delivering continuous service improvements.
- Experience in Nintex workflows
- Experience in Database Development ( SQL Server or Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills and team player but also able to work with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and an effective organizer.
- Decision maker and pays attention to details while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in SharePoint Migration
