Looking for 1 Genesys Cloud CX routing development Engineer with the following skills.
1. Worked on contact centre genesys development area for 3+ years with multi DC implementation.
2. Worked on Cloud CX routing development in voice and digital areas for at least 2+ years.
3. Ability to custom code in Java, understand and code yaml.
4. Good Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
5. Good communication skills and a good team player.
6. Having open mindset to learn new things and quickly adopt.
