Technical/Functional Skills
· Product and Technology Roadmap:
o Collaborate with Product and Technology counterparts to contribute in shaping product and technology roadmaps taking in consideration short term and long term business and technology objectives.
· Architecting Complex Analytics Solutions at Scale:
o Design and implement intricate data solutions that span platforms, business intelligence, and data science/machine learning use cases.
o Consider scalability, performance, and maintainability while crafting these solutions.
· Technical Leadership:
o Lead a team of Data Engineers distributed across the globe.
o Coach engineers on best practices, emphasizing scalable data pipelines and ML models, distributed microservices development, deployment, and monitoring.
o Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to ensure they align with the functional specification.
