Fancy a sea change? We’re looking for a Centre Manager to be based at Batemans Bay, managing two major retail assets.

Now is the chance to take full advantage of this beautiful coastal town on the far south coast of NSW and enjoy the gorgeous beaches, fresh seafood, water sports and national parks.

What this opportunity involves.

As our Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for providing a superior level of service to the client and tenants, whilst minimising risk to the owner by leading and developing the onsite team.

This is a broad-ranging management role with areas of responsibility including strategic vision & planning, financial, client reporting, EH&S, operational, staff management, and external stakeholder relationship management.

You’ll hold lots of energy and passion to galvanise centre performance and be responsible for the delivery of business plan objectives, minimising arrears, maximising property income and continually looking at new ways to add value for our client.

You will hold shopping centre management and retail property experience, with the perfect blend of ambition and ability.

Teamwork is a vital aspect of our brand, and we’ll expect you to value this as well. It is important that you have leadership qualities to manage and develop staff.

You’ll hold a high degree of independence, a proactive work approach and you’re naturally energetic, holding a high standard of communication where you can relate to others easily. You are passionate about offering excellent customer service and assisting tenants.

Furthermore, you have proven experience overseeing finance, budgeting, operations, contractor management, leasing, and marketing with a tenacious attitude, determined to accomplish only the very best outcomes.

An NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is needed.
