Handyman

Job Description:

• Handel preventive maintenance in the building.
• Keep and maintain workstation always clean.
• Follow and work with company rules.
• Checking and maintenance as Tenant inform.
• Checking the work of contractor and be sure the building will be safe as supervisor assigned.
• Coordinate in and out department to provide a fast services and maintenance.
• Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions.
• Always prepare for various emergencies.
• Follow the instructions assigned by the Building Engineering Manager and/or the team leader.

Qualification:

• Educational qualification: Junior high school or above.
• Available to work in shift

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษา อุปกรณ์ภายในอาคารตามแผนการทำงาน
• รักษาความสะอาดของห้องปฏิบัติการ และดูแลรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับการทำงาน
• ปฏิบัติงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัทฯ ตลอดเวลา
• ตรวจเช็ค และซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้เช่า
• ตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในอาคารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา และเพื่อความปลอดภัยของอาคาร
• ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่อาคารอื่น ๆ เช่น พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย พนักงานรักษาความสะอาด เพื่อให้การบริการ การซ่อมแซม เป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็ว
• จัดเตรียมระบบไฟฟ้า, โทรศัพท์สำหรับการออกบู๊ท (ถ้ามี)
• เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับกรณีฉุกเฉินต่าง ๆ ตลอดเวลา  
• ปฎิบัติตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรรมอาคารและหรือหัวหน้างาน

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ขึ้นไป
• สามารถทำงานเข้ากะ ได้
