Dispute Intern (6 months)

Key responsibilities

  • Support Dispute Team Leader & the team in analyzing disputed invoices, performing necessary corrections in case of internal errors in accordance with the standard processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Product, and back-office teams
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for

  • Undergraduate or Masters students
  • Able to work a minimum of 3 days a week for 6 months
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn
  • Excellent communication skills in both Turkish & English
  • Focus on constant improvements and learning
  • Efficient, decisive, result-orientated, and able to multitask
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
