Delivers daily execution in the Collections space, with some support
for improvements to a given process and/or project.

Skill sets:

• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced analytical and negotiating skills with attention to detail
• Understanding OTC end-to-end process
• Advanced level of MS office
• Advanced English

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Management of the portfolio of customer accounts under her/his scope with full control of all customers´ items ensuring timely and accurate collect due invoices as well as address issues as identification of on-account items.
• Perform customer analysis on the customers´ business, trending, payments, disputes, on account, etc and proactively drive Collections using this information.
• Build close relationship with customers to drive payment behavior
• Engage stakeholder for timely issue resolution
• Oversees OTC end-to-end process to identify gaps and drive resolution
• Adherence to the company´s policies
• Lead  challenging negotiations with customers and stakeholders
• Execute outbound telephone calls and other contact to customers (Customer queries/requests/disputes logging).
• Highlight risks on customer account and proactively have action plan to mitigate the risk

• Understand overall Logistic Industry, AR & OTC process and upstream and downstream process impacts
• Experience with process improvement and technology implementation projects
• Team management skills
