About the Role:
As a Business Intelligence Launch Intern, you will work as a part of cross-functional business and technical teams alongside business operations analysts, business leaders, data/BI engineers and other team members to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions – from defining and developing metrics that matter to the enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with gathering metrics requirements, determine data and reporting insights and findings to deliver dataset to business stakeholders and cross functional teams.

• Learn about design and development of highly visual, interactive, and layered Business Intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online to display results and key insights.

• Collaborate with Business Subject Matter Experts, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and other Business Intelligence Analysts to learn about developing  and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business functions

• Learn about Business Intelligence Server architecture, Migration Solutions, Visualization Engineering, Data Analysis, Blending and Cloud administration solutions with focus in Tableau.

What You’ll Need:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, MIS or appropriate field of study graduating between May 2026-2027  

• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information 

• Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions

• Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make logical, timely decisions.
