Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for equipment and facility renovation or improvement projects, introducing new equipment and technology projects, lead and push the implementation, assess and reduce projects safety risk.

• You will involve in daily management and maintenance of equipment and facilities, optimize maintenance, reduce repairs and the impact of downtime.

• You will identify and reduce safety risks of equipment & facilities in operation.

• You will prepare and update process documentation, operating instructions and provide training for users.

• You will optimize the status and energy consumption monitoring of equipment & facility, identify opportunities for improvement and lead department energy-saving improvement project.

• You will identify cost saving chance and improve, improve the digitalization and intelligence level of equipment & facility management, monitor, repairing and maintenance and response to equipment & facility system audits and customer audits.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or electrical, architectural design, HVAC, structure or other related majors.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of factory equipment and facilities.

• Proficient in using Microsoft office tools, especially Excel, people familiar with access or BI application is preferred.

• Proficient in using AutoCAD.

• Strong leadership, familiar with factory operation, familiar with the installation and control of equipment and facilities in the factory, familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

• Proactive and responsible in work, good organization, communication, and collaboration with cross departments, and able to drive the cross departmental projects.

• Good personal and time management and innovative and creative thinking skills, strong self-learning ability.

• Good English communication skill.
