Job Description
U.S. Bank is hiring an Alliance Deposit Manager who will be responsible for the strategy, growth and marketing of deposit products offered through Alliance partnerships. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with proven ability to collaborate & influence both internal and external partners to achieve goals and support program growth for U.S. Bank.
Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for Alliance deposit product strategy with a focus on driving new volume and balances to U.S. Bank.
Establish and execute an annual deposit plan, in collaboration with alliance partner and other internal teams, to drive year over year growth.
Ongoing measurement toward annual goals with ability to optimize & adjust in order achieve targets.
Develop acquisition strategies and product positioning to drive volume through available marketing channels (direct to customer marketing, partner channels, digital).
Awareness of competitive landscape, deposit product economics and market trends to drive successful strategies and product enhancements.
Cultivate successful working relationships with partner to uncover new opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Two or more years of managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Expert knowledge of banking marketing/promotion strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and strategic problem-solving skills
Comfortable taking initiative, acting with confidence, and working under own direction
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Previous experience with Alliances/partnerships a plus.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
