EY-Advisory Digital FS – Business Analyst Staff

As a member of the Digital-FS Business Analyst team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and developing data-driven solutions for our clients worldwide. Your role will involve engaging in business intelligence, data analysis, and creating detailed business reports. You will collaborate with other teams and senior members to ensure the seamless delivery of technical solutions tailored to meet our customers' strategic objectives.

 

The opportunity

We are seeking Business Analyst professionals with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence solutions to become a part of the Advisory Digital-FS Business Analyst team. Your key responsibilities

• Required to collaborate as a team member on development projects, utilizing business analysis methodologies and tools to drive process improvements and solutions.
• Working with the team leads/ other team members to ensure the timely delivery of the projects
• Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Work closely with Project leads, Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and other development teams
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead

 

Skills and attributes for success

Primary

•  Financial Services Industry/Client experience
•  Strong financial domain expertise
•  Data analysis and Interpretation
•  Experience dealing with Business users.

 

Secondary

• Should be able to lias well between business and technology
• Train and coach developers for relevant financial & regulatory themes FRTB,BASEL, IMM
• Effective Team player and a good communicator
• Should be able to manage projects/delivery of critical functions/initiatives
• SQL/Python Experience
• Agile expertise

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

• MBA Finance or Bachelors in relevant field with CA/CFA/FRM certifications.
• Experience Range: 5+ years
