POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure new vaccine launch success by driving the brand’s marketing strategy, foster stakeholder partnerships, enhance brand value offering, maximize growth opportunities, and monitor budgets to ensure the realization of revenue and profitability with well cross functional partnership with internal colleagues to ensure flawless execution of desired strategies and tactics.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages all aspects including (but not limit to) launch, setting local vision/ brand direction, execution and coordinating cross-functional colleagues to strengthen Pfizer Vaccines position among HCPs community and public.
  • Develops brand plan by tailor regional/global brand strategies to local market needs and define local priorities with tactical implementation plan to prepare for execution and tailors as appropriate for segments.
  • Manges brand financial performance: plan, propose and monitor brand’s expenditures (annual planning and LE forecast), implement actions on variances to achieve brand goal.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains key measurement systems and KPIs to demonstrate impact of brand strategies and programs.
  • Drive innovation in a highly dynamic and competitive market by challenging the status quo.
  • Integrate digital solutions and omnichannel approaches to create exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead promotional activity execution through collaboration across functional team and align with Pfizer & local regulations.
  • Develop new KOLs and engage existing KOLs to sustain strong networking and market development.
  • Establishes strong working relationships at Local and Regional and across functions.
  • Lead training for Customer Facing Team on product positioning and strategies.
  • Work closely with Access & Medical team for external interaction strategy with government & academic stakeholders, including stakeholder strategy, relationship management and development of innovative partnerships to maximize vaccines penetration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement bachelor’s degree preferred science or pharmacist, master’s degree an advantage
  • At least 3-year pharmaceutical + at least 2-year brand marketing experience
  • Preferred Vaccines or Infectious diseases therapeutic experience +/- consumer campaign initiate/execution experience
