HR Advisor

We are looking for an HR Advisor to become part of the Airbus Defence and Space Romania team.

Areas of impact: Support Human Resources Business Partners at different functions and levels within Airbus Group


Mission: Be a transactional HR Advisor in support of HRBPs (administrative tasks). Answer basic HR questions and provide guidance on HR policies, tools and processes to managers and employees. Consolidate consistent HR data and enable the HR Business Partners to analyse and recommend adequate, fair & responsible HR solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Master HR processes, policies and internal tools (e.g. myPULSE, myHR) throughout the employee life cycle (from hire to retire)

  • Support the HR Business Partners’ team with the deployment of HR campaigns (e.g. Organise and prepare respective reviews and ensure quality and timely inputs from managers)

  • Be the focal point for basic HR questions, policies, tools and processes to managers and employees that can not be managed through self-services (e.g. Hub, HR-Direct, Ask’HR)

  • Consolidate and process consistent HR data reports and alert on certain risks (e.g. headcount, absenteeism, bonus, salary review)

  • Based on business needs, occasional travel outside the country (France or Germany)  may be required.

Requirements:

Skills

  • University graduate, ideally in foreign languages, social studies, economics/ administration, marketing or psychology

  • Fluent in English

  • Fluent in either French or German (minimum B2 level)

  • Ability to easily communicate and interact with stakeholders (HRBPs, Senior HRBPs, Managers, Engineers etc..) – the role is transversal and assumes communication with various managers and teams, most communication needs to be handled remotely 

  • Ability to handle quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support decision-making related to different processes and using several tools.

  • Ability to use Google Workspace (G drive, Gmail, Spreadsheets etc.) and MS Office

  • Initial experience with workday is an advantage

  • First experience in an international company environment  (ideally in HR)
