The Frito Lay North America Sales Enablement & Sustainment Team delivers exciting, industry leading capabilities and solutions to over 30,000 FLNA employees enabling a sustainable, competitive advantage and profitable growth for FLNA. The Team is comprised of both Sustainment and Project based roles in support of tools and technology that enable Frontline Sales Perform & Transform.
This ASN/EDI Associate Analyst role supports and influences critical FLUS roles in sales and finance including Route Sales Representative, Sales District Leader, Zone and Region Leadership Team, Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, Net Sales Manager, Pricing Coordinator, Finance Admin, and Sales Admin. This can include live support, formal and in-formal training, email, instant messaging, and other forms of communication.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality of customer service by resolving frontline issues with responsiveness, professionalism, and customized support
- Develop expertise at the level of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications
- Deliver accurate and complete documentation of resources, job aids, learnings, one pagers and training materials
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for application enhancements and releases
- Helps gather requirements (UCD) for enhancements by engaging with end users frequently, both in formal and informal settings
- Support leadership to identify opportunities for application enhancements and help define the short-term and long-term application roadmap, including the customer/end user experience map and features
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Inquisitive, self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at meetings.
- Flexible to changing priorities in stressful situations.
- Capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and limited supervision.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and influence skills.
- Collaborates well in a cross functional environment to complete projects accurately & on-time.
- Strong Excel Skills to process through data extracts from SAP and Salesforce.
- MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred:
- ASN/EDI experience
- SQL
- Familiarity with FLUS applications, e.g., Masterfiles, SAP, WATS, Accounts Receivable
- Experience with FLUS business process and technology solutions
- Managing product development deliverables such as requirements gathering, coordinate acceptance testing, and project go-live
