•Manages a team of Production Planners for the services and support business and sets operational plans for the team
•Use with mastery the different Planning tools such as E1, AMS Toolbox and Tableau
•Escalation point for urgent orders and provide solutions to expedite materials and parts
•Ensures that site metrics are achieved particularly on time delivery to customer and hitting revenue target
•Owns the Cell SIOP and Site SIOP process and drives forward-looking decisions
•Continuously develops the talents and organization of the Planning team
•Collaborate with the different functional groups and drives process improvements
•Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university + 8 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree + 5 years of relevant experience
•Experience in an aftermarket business and/or Aerospace is an advantage
•Strong Production, Capacity, Material and Demand Planning background
•Deep understanding of the ERP system framework
•Experience working with the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process
•Strong operational KPIs and basic financial KPIs
•Ability to lead and manage people
•Ability to apply tools for practical problem solving and improvement initiatives
•Good verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
•Ability to apply logical and scientific thinking principles to solve a wide range of intellectual, organizational, and practical problems
•
Eligibility:
• Must be at least a year in current job level/post
• Should not be under a Performance Succession Plan
• Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year
