We are seeking an Associate in the Europe, Middle East, and Asia (EMEA) Equity Capital Markets (ECM) business. ECM execution coordinate and produce pitches, assist EMEA ECM origination efforts and lead ECM executions across the product spectrum of Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Accelerated Bookbuilds, Rights Issues and Equity-Linked transactions. You will be working closely with the team in origination and assisting with presentations and identifying key market trends.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support members of the EMEA ECM team to assist in origination and execution of transactions
  • Liaise with industry teams, financial sponsors, and other product groups across the firm to produce pitches and presentations to key clients
  • Provide guidance on various types of offerings such as IPOs, capital increases, and sell down of shares
  • Communicate with ECM syndicate, sales, and research where appropriate to discuss market trends and investor feedback and create market content to complement origination efforts to win new mandates
     

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in EMEA ECM and capital markets origination and execution
  • Proven track record in transaction execution and project management
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage calls and big groups of people across product, industry teams and other parts of the Bank to deliver pitches and progress executions
  • Strong quantitative, numerical, and analytical skills; creative problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills
  • A self-motivator; you will exemplify a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
  • Maturity and professionalism to represent the Bank before management teams and other professionals
