The Service Manager is an intermediate management position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a Customer Service team that perform customer service activities. The overall objective is to evaluate and manage performance, ensuring each team meets quality standards and productivity expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Asegurar un ambiente de control en las sucursales de su cobertura mediante la supervisión continua de la operatividad, controles, procesos, protocolos a fin de mitigar cualquier riesgo operativo que pudiera resultar en pérdidas operativas.
- Responsable de que las sucursales tenga todas las herramientas / equipamiento y conocimientos necesarios para poder operar y brindar servicio bajo los más altos estándares cumpliendo en todo momento con las políticas y regulaciones.
- Operación logística de cualquier asunto relacionado con las sucursales a su cargo.
Qualifications:
- Experiencia necesaria en banca comercial y procesos de sucursales.
- A cargo de las sucursales del Distrito Acapulco.
- Enfoque al servicio y control
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados
- Trabajo bajo presión
- Habilidades de autogestión
- Habilidades de comunicación
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
