Role: Cloud Administrator

8+ years of experience with AWS platform tools and services
Proven ability to develop and debug scripts for user onboarding and provisioning.
Must be familiar with Windows computing environment.
Familiarity with both AWS automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) 
Experience with system management, SNS, R53, VPC, EC2, ELB, EBS, ALB, Global Accelerator, Certificate manager, RDS, FSX, CloudTrail, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Workspaces, as well as AWS organizational account best practices.
Creation and maintenance of Golden Images.
Administration experience with enterprise platforms such as Slack, Box, Zoom, Confluence, Veeam, and VMware.
Capability to provide after-hours support to identify and resolve issues relating to accessing corporate IT-managed resources.
Capability to design and implement dependable and scalable solutions to meet desired functionality, as well as to establish and manage all continuity requirements to support disaster recovery.
Technical analysis and creation of operational requirements, technical standards and controls.
Ability to analyze root causes and implement effective solutions.
Manage and optimize all assigned AWS cloud resources.
Closely collaborate with the Network, DevOps, Platform, FinOps and Security teams to guarantee compliance with standards and procedures.
Implement scalability techniques for scaling up and scaling down while ensuring security procedures are adhered to.
Performing Optimization and Rightsizing analysis and recommendations.
Leads PoCs and pilots for adoption of new cloud architecture.
Integrate cloud services into ITIL services to automate IT delivery and expand self service capabilities.
Involvement in major incident and ticket resolution process along with Root cause analysis.
Create workflows and automation to improve the speed and quality of services.
Identify, recommend, coordinate, and implement cost optimization possibilities for cloud resources and other managed SaaS systems that have been approved.
Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external drivers to improve products or services.
