Role: Client Partner - Cloud Services - Life Sciences 

Location: Washington DC or Rockville MD

Job Description and Responsibilities:   

•Identify and pursue sustainable growth opportunities in the Cloud and AI/GenAI space in the accounts under his purview

•Building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders. Responsible for understanding the client's business goals, challenges, and needs, and providing them with strategic guidance and solutions that leverage the cloud.

•Work with larger Cloud & AI/GenAI unit of TCS to collaborate on opportunities around Enterprise and Data Modernization services using future-ready architecture, leveraging cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and reusable and ready-to-deploy components, DevSecOps factory etc.

•Managing existing strategic Cloud and AI/GenAI projects of the accounts under his purview.

Assisting TCS management in business planning, client retention, and identifying growth areas.

• Advisory on TCS services to the customers including strategies for holistic cloud transformation, end-to-end services for cloud operating models, security, operations setup, digital process enablement, and cloud value realization.

•A Cloud Client Partner is expected to have strong knowledge of cloud technologies, platforms, and best practices, as well as excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
