• Working at a technical level with an understanding of SAP, its underlying database, operating system, hardware platform, and networking principles. Working experience as a HANA DB would be a plus.
• Implementation, support, and administration of multiple key SAP Technologies and Solutions (e.g., SoH, S/4HANA, Gateway, ERP, etc.)
• Support and Delivery experience across multiple SAP OS/DB Platforms (e.g., Windows, Linux, HANA, ASE)
• Infrastructure/Architecture awareness (Networking, Virtualization, Middleware, OS Platform, etc.)
• Good hands-on and working knowledge of SAP Basis / NetWeaver Environment.
• Responsibilities include monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment along with its underlying components and interfaces on an ongoing basis and scheduling and executing the SAP transport system.
• Experience in administration of ECC + S/4 GRC.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve computing problems involving hardware, third-party, and operating system software.
• Provide performance tuning and problem analysis for HANA and ASE-based SAP instances.
• Well-versed with administration and support of SAP BASIS. Should have hands-on experience with SAP integration, upgrades, etc.
• Knowledge of working in heterogeneous environments.
• Experience in SAP Correction and Transport System and overview of SAP Security management.
• Working knowledge of SAP Web Dispatcher/Cloud Connector, SSL-based interface setups, handling of signed certificates, etc.
• Provide implementation and technical support for 3rd Party applications which are an extension of the SAP applications landscape.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and ABAP teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Ideally Cloud Based on Deployment Experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Disaster Recovery (backup and recovery mechanisms)
• Strong communication skills
• Provide 24x7 support for any BAU or project issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
• English oral and written communication skills.
Provision of guidance and support to multiple Cutover and Project Managers through all phases of project deployment, Contractors, and Key Business Contacts.
