Job Title: Workplace Experience Ambassadorle

Location: Andover, MA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador for our client in Andover, MA. The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for providing a client-centric approach to reception and concierge services, ensuring that employees and visitors are welcomed, assisted, and comfortable. The successful candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for all client employees and visitors, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback related to workplace services. The primary goal is to create a positive impact on the care and comfort of client employees and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all client employees and visitors, addressing inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services.
  • Execute concierge services in compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), standard processes, professional brand image, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments to ensure compliance with SLA, policies, regulations, and performance metrics.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with the client's goals and objectives.
  • Create and distribute security badges through the client's proprietary web-based system tool.
  • Manage the badge access system for security doors.
  • Handle visitor registration management through the client's web-based system tool.
  • Strive to continually improve experience service performance.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals, team goals, and client's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate and maintain a working relationship with the on-site facilities/maintenance team, including notification of contractors and facilities-related visitors.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Outlook calendar management, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide onboarding support for new employees.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory stock.
  • Promote the site's events, activities, and successes through social media platforms like Teams and Engage.
  • Collaborate with other hub sites to align best practices, communications, and activities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in reception, concierge services, or related roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of security systems and protocols is an advantage.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
