What This Job Involves:

• You will develop and work in Investment Memorandums
• You will prepare Cash Flow, Market, Asset and Portfolio analysis
• You will identify and analyse acquisition targets to investors
• You will manage the relationship with institutional investors from initial conversations up to the closing of retail investment transactions
• You will take ownership of assigned projects and execute both sellside and buyside instructions
• ou will manage and execute sale instructions
• As a part of the wider JLL Retail Business team you will work and generate new ideas together 

Desired skills and experience for this job:

• At least 2-4 years’ experience in real estate consultancy or investment firms with solid track record and network in Retail Investment
• A Degree in business, finance or real estate is required with ideally a property professional qualification
• Eye for detail, strategic mind set and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial attitude
• Must have firm understanding of financial modelling skills to assess viability and capital structuring of proposed transactions

•  Highly developed presentation skills and a natural communicator

• Be able to prepare and deliver presentations for business winning purposes
• Both written and spoken communication skills (both in Spanish and in English)
• Good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners
