Export and Import Logistics Analyst (Hybrid) - Sao Caetano do Sul Tech Ctr - Tech Center Bldg 1

Job Description

Hybrid: Work physically at General Motors 3 times per week (TUE- THU)

Role Support the management of highly complex local and international logistics and everything related to the process (but not limited to), management of the Consolidation Center, contact and monitoring of Maritime Transport, Inbound and Outbound Logistics, always guaranteeing two-level packaging.

Main responsabilities are:

• Based on this paper, I maintain close contact with Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, and also Suppliers, Maritime Transport and Logistics Suppliers.

• Support daily processes and interfaces between people from different countries, carried out in English or Spanish.

• Coordinate and monitor cargo together with monitoring of KPIs with suppliers and the area

Additional Job Description

Qualifications and skills (Mandatory):

• Higher education in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, Engineering or similar in Management.

• Experience equal to or greater than 4 years in international export/import logistics in all modalities (Maritime, Air and Road).

• Experience in processes linked to Shipowners, Cargo Agents, Airways, Transporters, Port Terminals, Airports and Armazéns Alfandegados

•  CNH active.    

• Knowledge of the documents necessary for Local and International transportation.

• Microsoft Office Advanced.    

• English Advanced.

• Power BI Advanced.

• Availability to make local trips inside and outside of Sao Paulo.

• Communication, crisis management,

• Sense of urgenc.

• Work in equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish (Intermediate).
