We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Property Asset Management Director to join our team.

As a Property Asset Management Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of our property portfolio, ensuring maximum profitability, enhancing property value, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will manage a dedicated team of property managers and collaborate with other cross-functional teams to achieve overall portfolio objectives. What your day-to-day will look like: 

  • Develop and implement property asset management strategies, objectives, and plans in line with company goals and client requirements across global portfolio.

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including lease administration, tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, and property maintenance. Identify opportunities and implement initiatives to maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and enhance overall property value.

  • Excellent knowledge of property management concepts, industry standards, and market trends. Monitor and ensure compliance with lease terms, legal requirements, and environmental, health, and safety regulations.

  • Lead and manage a team of property managers and engineers providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-performance standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to evaluate condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure quality standards are met. Provide expertise and guidance on property acquisitions, dispositions, and expansion projects.

  • Collaborate with leasing teams to market and fill vacant spaces, negotiate lease terms, and renew existing leases.

  • Manage budgets, financial statements, and reporting for the property portfolio, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial targets.

  • Analyze market trends, property performance data, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting property asset management.

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition and retention strategy to build a skilled and motivated property asset management team.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the property management team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

  • Create and define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for each team member to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in property asset management or related field, with a track record of effectively managing a diverse portfolio.

  • Strong knowledge of property management concepts, industry standards, and market trends.

  • Proven track record of successfully marketing and leasing space within a diverse portfolio. Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and industry trends.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM software, and social media strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.

  • Monitor and benchmark team performance metrics and KPIs, implementing improvement initiatives as necessary.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPM, RPA, CCIM) are a plus.

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

171,300.00 – 225,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
