Job Description:

Junior Accountant responsibilities include:

• Recheck Trade invoices and supporting documents of Sales and Purchases.
• Recheck related documents to post for Non-Trade transactions.
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Provide sales and cost reconciles by closing monthly financial statement.
• Provide reconciliation of accrued income and expenses.
• Provide reconcile of withholding tax and submit to manager.
• Request the original tax certificate in English and then distribute them to related overseas vendors.
• Provide reconcile of Output VAT and Submit to next level.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable or a similar accounting role preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work OT in month end closing period.
