Job Description:

We are currently looking for candidates for the position in Administration Specialist. This will be temporary replacement due to longer absence of employee. Person hired on this position will be mainly responsible for providing organizational support necessary for the daily operation of the factory.

Tasks:

• Providing customer, employee, and supplier service (including providing information).
• Describing invoices from suppliers and checking their correctness.
• Administrative support of production processes.
• Organization of internal or external meetings to support managers.
• Managing external and internal correspondence.
• Supervision of office equipment and building equipment services.
• Organization of guest arrivals and business trips, ensuring cost settlement.
• Preparation of presentations, reports and analyzes at the request of managers.
• Ordering office supplies and groceries.
• Support in the preparation of marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Minimum one year experience in a similar position.
• Good English and Polish.
• Independence, responsibility, and timeliness.
• Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
