Equipment Executive - NZAKL04 - Auckland - Building B

We Offer:

This role is the Maersk Equipment Focal for the Kotahi Joint Business Partner account. The incumbent will be the single point of contact for Kotahi on equipment related matters, internally represent Kotahi within the Equipment Realm and ensure planning in place to support their demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal stakeholder engagement relating to all Kotahi equipment supply matters, especially relating to challenges and opportunities.
• Communication focal for Kotahi across all New Zealand locations.
• Consolidation of supply information across locations and relaying this in Kotahi Equipment and forecasting meetings.
• Preparation of needed supply (flow + depot capabilities) and demand overviews, and collaboration with local commercial team to facilitate Kotahi supply discussions.
• Process clarification and improvement with a main focus on Maersk Kotahi, but also other teams as needed.
• Kotahi Forecasting to supply – Long term to 6wk lock to current operational forecasts vs supply capabilities.
• Operational processes and visibility on supply at operational level – particularly around triangulation, which can be challenging.
• Support on reporting – depot stock reports to commercial teams to guide releases, demand reporting to depots to guide processing, sanction country compliant units.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Shipping, Forwarding, Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain, with experience handling Equipment.
• Team player with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels in the respective organisations.
• Strong Excel and PowerBI skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organised and able to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred candidates will be required to undertake reference checks as well as pre-employment screening, including a National Police Check. Where applicable, background checks including Employment History and Education History (including Qualifications) may be required.
