Execution Agent Cross Border - Mexico (Shift schedule)

As Execution Agent Cross Border - Mexico, you’ll play a vital part in our success, you´ll be responsible for analyze and develop operational Cross Border transportation schemes, aligned to the standards and profitability established by the service areas. Ensure compliance with operational indicators (KPIs) and management with the client (SLA's), as well as control the daily operation in dedicated and spot accounts of clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international transport operation schemes (models), according to requests and quotes from the commercial area.

  • Develop operation plans and operational monitoring with clients through a supported team of operational analysts in monitoring 24/7.

  • Develop improvement initiatives in current operations and according to volumetric opportunities by the client.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or international Trade required.

  • Live in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara

  • Advanced english

  • 4 years of experience in operation, according to cross-border (Mexico-USA-Canada) market.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Ability to build sustainable relationships and partnership, inspire followership, lead and manage laterally and through others.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit - externally oriented and inquisitive, proactive, resourceful.

  • Proven Experience building effective cross-border businesses or relationships.

  • Experience and know-how of ERP, TMS, CRM systems.
