The ideal candidate will be part of our Suape team. You will work alongside the Finance Business Partner, supporting the management of the project's financial area to ensure accurate and timely processing of routine financials.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Processing payments.
• Managing suppliers.
• Monitoring project costs.
• Record-keeping: Keeping accurate records of payments and invoices made under the tax relief scheme.
• Preparing cost reports: Preparing regular cost reports summarizing project expenditure, variations and trends.
• Financial reports: Help generate financial reports
• Reconciliation: Reconcile statements and payment records.
• Managing daily cash flow and liquidity.
• Budgeting and planning.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and legal requirements.
• Liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Working closely with terminals

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or related field.
• Experience: Experience in financial or accounting functions.
• Language: Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
• Proficiency in ERP (TOTVS, SAP, among others) is a plus.
