Business Management Support - Lisbon (Airbus Portugal)

Job Description:

We are now looking for a Business Management Support for Airbus GBS. 

Responsibilities - your mission

Offers Performance Management

• Update several KPIs to produce the project performance presentations

• Follow-up KPIs for Product Management performance project

• KPIs root cause analysis

• Update the project follow-up & KPIs periodically = weekly basis

• Generate periodical reports

• Support SPM preparation and management

• Support Offer Management Operations

• Support SPM preparation and management

Support Offer Management Operations:

• Prepare the Inflow Control Boards with the Offer teams

• Follow-up of ROM generation

• Maintain KPIs pack for offer generation (volumetry, lead times, etc…)

• Prepare reporting for analysis by the offer teams

• Financial deep dive, capture cost, profitability 

SRX Resources & Competencies

• Develop and maintain SRX resource models

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

• Education level: Master degree (Engineering with Project Management or Business Administration)

• 3-5 years experience

• Languages: English (negotiation), French (as an asset)

• Tools: Google Suite advanced level is mandatory; Recommended:Digdash, Skywise, SAP-Suprem

• IT: willing to learn how to adapt Airbus IT tools
