As the Business Operations Manager, reporting into the General Manager CSL Vifor US Commercial, you will support the CSL Vifor US Executive team with the execution of strategies and operational excellence. 

Develop and implement strategic project plans to support business objectives, including product launches, meetings, and events, corporate transitions, and operational efficiencies.

You will oversee business operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and resource allocation across the commercial organization especially as it relates to corporate integration (i.e., SAP, Contracts, and Facilities)

Manage budgets across the organization to ensure initiatives support business strategies and execution.

You will ensure all operations comply with industry standards and quality guidelines including the execution and resolution of internal and external audits.

Lead and manage cross functional projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Act as a liaison between departments, senior leadership, and external partners to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development within the CSL Vifor US Organization. 

This is a remote position located in the U.S.

Qualifications

The knowledge necessary to perform the responsibilities of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience, or the equivalent:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business admin, leadership, human resources, or life sciences.

·       5+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech/health care industry, in an operational capacity.

·       5+ years of experience with project management/event coordination within the pharma/biotech industries.

·       Global experience preferred

·       You will be able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.

·       Expertise in planning, executing, and managing projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget constraints.

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $105,000 - $130,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for you is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies, and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role will also include sales incentive compensation and may include equity.
