What YOU Will Do:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the customers to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with program managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Experienced with drawing up blueprints and plans for products and equipment
- Maintains records and files of all completed engineering work
- Keeps apprised of the latest developments and innovations in the industry
- Orders and replaces equipment parts
- Answers employee or customer questions about project status
- Ensures that all safety procedures are observed during project work
- Ability to manage complex test systems projects

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
- Previous Project Engineering experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience with design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Software such as MS Word, MS Excel/Macro, MS PPT, etc.
- Previous Enterprise Resource Planning software experience such as SAP/ORACLE
- Previous knowledge / experience utilizing Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen, CORE
- Previous experience demonstrating leadership and decision making skills
- Previous research and communication experience translating technical jargon into simple, understandable terms

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program.
