The Intel Global Software Sales and Go to Market Team is dedicated to providing a world-class experience to our global, diverse, and ever-growing customer and partner base, maximizing revenue to exceed growth expectations and deliver exceptional value.


We are seeking an experienced enterprise software marketing leader to accelerate software revenue growth and establish a strong software brand for Intel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft strategy and guide execution of all aspects of outbound marketing, including product positioning and messaging, industry thought leadership, target customer definition, competitive strategy and tactics, industry analyst engagement, media relations, channel engagement, and demand generation.

  • Designs scalable marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Execute inspiring product launches that engage audiences, capture mindshare, and elevate market perception of Intel's innovation capabilities.

  • Create compelling, highly differentiated product positioning and messaging that evolves the software category definition.

  • Drive a revenue marketing strategy across products that meets or exceeds pipeline, bookings and conversion targets.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.

  • Consistently meet commitments with high quality deliverables and scalable processes that can be sustained over time.

  • Engage with industry analysts and benchmarking organizations to ensure positive reports and inquiries referencing our company's leadership.

  • Build best in class sales enablement material that supports the sales team with winning customers and partners that increase sales productivity and pipeline conversion.

  • Represent Intel externally at conferences and in customer/partner meetings in a credible and compelling manner.

  • Manages, coaches, and develops members of the marketing team and sets prioritized goals and metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team.

  • Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

  • Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

  • Develop strong internal and external relationships.

  • Create and communicate long-term vision.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' Experience with bringing new Software products to market in an intensely competitive marketplace, using modern marketing strategies, creativity, and a willingness to take risks.

  • Experience across end user and IT environments strongly preferred. Comfort in large scale enterprise environments with matrixed organizations.

  • Large team management experience, transforming organizations and developing marketing talent; Track record of successfully collaborating with C-level or GM executive teams.

  • Proven track record of success in developing long term strategic marketing plans.

  • Experience driving an analytical and data-driven approach, with an understanding of route-to-market, channel strategy, and optimization for complex technologies -SW / SaaS experience required.

  • Fit with team and company culture: naturally curious, player-coach, embrace constant change.

  • Energy that is contagious - spreading to customers, partners, and team members.

  • Intuition, outstanding listening skills, and ability to connect with employees from diverse cultures.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications or related field. MBA or master's degree in marketing or communications is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior management role.

  • Proven track record of managing marketing investment to ROI and revenue growth.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$195,317.00-$341,559.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
