    The challenge

    Reporting to Senior Director, Head of DX Sales Japan, the Person will be responsible for consistently growing revenue for the DX business, throughout the country and across a variety of industries. They will lead a sales organization that will work seamlessly in a matrixed environment to ensure alignment on overall go to market goals and objectives, from country to corporate level.  This leader will have the proven ability to grow existing businesses and leverage key customer relationships to identify and unlock new market opportunities. Additionally, this leader will have a strong, trusted network of leaders in enterprise software, and ideally, within the digital marketing domain.
     

    What you’ll do

  • Serve as the single point of contact and lead for all DX deals across Japan
  • Align with the executive leadership team, and key partners, to define differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies 
  • Manage a sustainable and predictable revenue strategy that consistently delivers on, or ahead of, plan
  • Identify, grow and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts and “must win” deals
  • Optimize day-to-day sales activities and drive engagement that optimize revenue conversion
  • Question the status quo and strive for operational excellence
  • Provide input and guidance to global teams around best practices and methodology
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships at senior leadership levels
  • Bring together cross functional teams to maximize commercial opportunities and identify areas of improvement
     
  • What you need to succeed

  • Superior influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to manage change within a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional sales instincts with the ability to tune a sales engine for predictability, linearity and above target performance.
  • Proven ability to bring in greenfield revenue opportunities and optimize and scale existing opportunities.
  • Excellent people leadership skills; ability to influence and drive accountability and ownership at all levels
  • Adept at using data to drive decision making and influence change.
