- Support PKI systems infrastructure, hardware and software, including analysis,
- planning, design, development, implementation, provisioning, upgrade and day-
- to-day operations
- Maintain PKI and Digital Certificate documentation
- Work with project teams requiring PKI assistance, ensuring adherence to existing
- security policies and standards.
- As workload permits, support other security systems under the scope of the
- Security Operations team, which may include Firewall, proxy, VPN, and/or
- endpoint security platforms.
- Work with partner teams and vendors to manage day-to-day operations and
- reliability of the data center systems
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support the global infrastructure 24x7
- Build, scale, and secure RCCL’s corporate infrastructure, focusing specifically on
- virtual and cloud environments.
- Combine open-source and commercial technologies to build services that will
- have an impact on the business
- Work in a heterogeneous environment containing diverse operating systems and
- applications, and make them work well together
- Find ways to leverage the scale and complexity of the larger RCCL’s
- infrastructure to solve problems for Enterprise customers
- Be the final escalation point for issues related to Enterprise systems
- Produce systems that are scalable, automated, and well-documented, and train
- others to take on operations.
