Anaplan models, Anaplan Functionalities, GtN Processes and Calculations, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM)
Experience Required
• Project Leadership:
o Lead the design and development of the GtN Anaplan model, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, sales, marketing).
o Develop a clear project timeline, scope, and resource allocation plan.
o Manage the Anaplan development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design workshops, testing, and deployment.
o Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
• Anaplan Expertise:
o Design and build a comprehensive Anaplan model for GtN calculations, including contract management, pricing rules, rebate accruals, and chargebacks.
o Configure workflows and automations to streamline GtN processes and improve data accuracy.
o Leverage best practices for data modeling, security, and user access controls within Anaplan.
o Implement data validation rules and error handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
• GtN Knowledge (Pharma):
o Demonstrate a strong understanding of pharmaceutical GtN concepts, including pricing structures, rebates, chargebacks, and managed markets.
o Work with finance and sales teams to translate GtN requirements into technical specifications for the Anaplan model.
o Analyze current GtN processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Anaplan implementation.
• Technical Skills:
o Proven experience in building and deploying complex Anaplan models.
o Proficiency in Anaplan functionalities like formulas, calculations, data mapping, and user interface design.
o Understanding of data integration techniques between Anaplan and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
o Experience with data governance practices and data quality principles.
• Additional Responsibilities:
o Provide ongoing support and training to users on the Anaplan GtN model.
o Maintain and optimize the GtN model to reflect changes in business processes or regulations.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Anaplan features and best practices for GtN modeling.
Document the Anaplan model design and functionalities for future reference

Person who is highly motivated and experienced Anaplan Solut ion Architect leading a team and implement the critical Gross-to-Net (GtN) project within the pharmaceutical industry.
Playing the key pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing a robust Anaplan model to optimize the GtN processes and improve pricing and rebate management.
With deep understanding of Anaplan functionalities, implement the industry best practices for GtN modeling in Pharma, and translate complex business requirements into a scalable and user-friendly solution.
