- Technical/Functional Skills:
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g.,
- NIST, ISO 27001), and best practices.
- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion
- detection/prevention systems, SIEM, DLP, and encryption.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud
- environments.
- Knowledge of network security, application security, and endpoint
- protection.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture framework.
- Align security initiatives with enterprise IT strategy and business
- goals.
- Understanding on internal and external security assessments and
- audits to manage enterprise risks.
- Architecture Design:
- Having Handson experience on multi- cloud and Hybrid environments
- Design and implement security strategy with design principles
- Ensure that security architecture meets regulatory and compliance
- requirements.
- Develop security policies, standards, and guidelines for system
- architecture.
- Implementation & Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security
- practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Implement security controls and countermeasures to protect against
- threats.
- Oversee the deployment of security solutions and ensure their
- effective operation.
- Risk Management:
- Conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents to identify root causes and
- implement corrective actions.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security staff and other
- team members.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to promote security
- awareness and best practices.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies as
- needed.
