Key responsibilities:

  • Drive RDM organization to ensure price setting process across the product in line the products pricing strategy, including pricing for Booster and LME opportunities.

  • Ensure RDM organization consolidates and share market information including market development, competition, customer and pricing trends.

  • High focus to steer ponential volumes growth including increase of customers plus

  • Engage/Steer strong sales pipeline build up for Power lanes.

  • Facilitate biweekly status report in order determining progress.

  • Facilitate biweekly status report in order determining progress.

  • Participate in and contribute to the annual sales target setting process for the product engaging with Finance and Sales

  • Compile in cooperation with Region/Area stakeholders, the annual growth plan initiatives needed to deliver the annual budgeted growth in GP & Volumes

  • Ensure consistent monthly delivery of volume numbers for the product by active monitoring of the global sales pipeline including achieved business wins and conversion ratios.

  • Provide input as required for launch of new products as required

  • Provide/Create product input for marketing and commercial activities

  • To perform regular networking – identifying new potential customers.

We are looking for:

In this role you ought to be passionate about Air Freight product, delivering and executing the annual plan for strategic initiatives for volume and revenue growth, increasing number of new customers with high focus for boosters + LME + increase SOW for existing customers.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • Extensive technical Air product knowledge including experience in product pricing and go to market strategies

  • Experience in customer facing engagements and presentation.

  • Understanding of the key profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain management

  • Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams and customers

  • Advanced English
